Carefully produced using Lady Bath’s own recipe, this is a real unique treat for the senses.
In the 18th Century, pineapples were so rare they were a sign of wealth. You could even rent a pineapple for your dinner party display to impress your guests. Pineapples were grown at Longleat, which is why they are celebrated in Emma’s Kitchen.
Made by hand in small batches, our pineapple jam is a brilliant alternative for a cream tea or for filling a Victoria sandwich.
