Refund policy
If you need to return an item, please return it to us in its original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund after this period.
Please follow the steps below if you wish to return an item:
Email us at retail@longleat.co.uk with details of your order number and the goods you wish to exchange or refund. We will provide you with a returns number.
Please write your returns number clearly on the parcel.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be posted to:

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase, minus the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Exchanges
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
For items that are to be exchanged, we will send replacement item on receipt of your returned items.
We are unable to refund the postage cost of returning your item unless it is faulty or we have dispatched your order incorrectly.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.
