Made exclusively for Emma’s Kitchen, our pink gin marmalade is tangy and zesty, packed full of flavour.
Inspired by Lady Bath’s recipe, this is a real taste sensation.
Gin and Angostura bitters are the ingredients for a ‘Pink Gin’, a tipple thought to be created by the Royal Navy in the 1800s.
Grapefruits are used to make this fresh tasting marmalade, with a good measure of gin and the essential Angostura bitters added at the end to give the best flavour.
Unlike the pink gin beverage, our marmalade can be enjoyed before the sun is over the yard arm and is absolutely delicious spread on hot buttered toast.
Made by hand in small batches especially for us in South West England.
